haunted trail

I got some cleaning done Friday, much needed cleaning. I cleaned out Ralph's tank, completely cleaned the bathroom but it gets dirty again in two seconds, washed dishes and towels. That's about it.

I met mom at Kohl's around 5:20 then we went to dinner at Gus' with Gene, Ronda, Angie, Olivia, Adeline, Tate, Clara, and Sofia. Mom and I split the tuna club and it was delicious!

After dinner we went to (one of) mom's boss' house for his haunted trail. We got there around 7. Jason and Tiffany and eventually Sallie, John, and Corre met us there. We went through the trail around 8:30. It was neat and slightly scary. The bonfire was very nice! The kids were kind of impatient they didn't stay too long after we all went through the trail. I stayed with Jason and Tiffany and chatted with Sallie for a while.

Jason took me to my car then I went to their house to hang out for an hour or two. We watched The Jeff Dunhan Show and White Collar. I got a Halloween costume for Taylor from Tiffany. I went home around midnight. I watched Season 1 of House til I passed out.

I got another letter from Kali - he wants to crash on my sofa for like a week when he gets out of jail. I don't think I could live through that again. I don't trust him.

Last night was pretty slow and everyone was being lazy and irking my nerves. I had three tables prior to poker - My mom, Jason, and Tiffany. Matt's mom, sister, and brother. and a family of four.

We had a decent crowd for the VT game and the World Series, but when poker takes my whole section it doesn't matter.

I made $85. $25 from Dave (one of the regulars) and $10 from Brice for cleaning up all his shit so they helped my nightly funds for sure.

My schedule definitely sucks again the week.

I called Matt, like always, and he definitely says the darnest things in his sleep like:
Matt: Who won the Talledega game?
Me: The Talledega game?
Matt: yes!
Me: What are you doing?
Matt: About to get in the shower.
Me: Why are you going to take a shower in the middle of the night?
Matt: That's what I always do.
Me: What are you thinking about?
Matt: aerial atom.
Me: What's that?
Matt: a car.

I'm going to watch Season 1 of House until I fall asleep...

honeymoon

Matt and I are planning to goto Rodanthe, North Carolina for our honeymoon in July and it's going to cost 2k for this huge house for just the two of us. I'm kind of thinking that costs too much. My dad always goes to Florida for the 4th of July and stays in my Nanny's condo for FREE. I'm curious, since my wedding is on the 4th, if he won't be going or if he goes he'll come back early or something... then maybe Matt and I could drive to Florida and stay there. It would save lots of cash money. Something to think about. :)

tekken 6

Last night wasn't very exciting, at all. We didn't have the bartender competition because no one sign up for it. Karaoke was pretty busy, non was a little busier than a normal Wednesday, but not much. I think some people came out for the stupid World Series. Side note: I only think it's stupid because I really don't like the damn Yankees or the fucking Phillies! I made $42 and got cut around 10. I got bitched at for not selling any pumpkins! :x

I went to Jason's after work and played him in Tekken. I have to admit, he was kicking my ass! I blame it on the xbox controller because I'm usually kicking his ass! There's this one girl character named Alisa that's sick as hell. She can take her head off, throw it at you, while you're holding it it explodes! She always has chainsaws! The bitch is crazy but she looks so innocent, haha.

I got super tired and really didn't want to drive home so I just slept on his couch.

We played some more Tekken this morning. I ate some frosted Cheerios. Then I came home.

I fed Ralph, played with Lucy (Matt named the kitten that), bought Matt's December flight (for the record now he owes $889.62), did some laundry, watched some tv. It's freaking cold in here...

so, the Red Wings won last night! It was a really close game! :) now we're 4-4-2... getting better!

I'm working a double today. This morning was uber slow! I only had three tables and one of them stiffed me. I made $14 though.

I went to the bank when I got off. I deposited $150.

Then I went to Ukrop's. I got some chicken tenders, 57 sauce, macaroni and cheese, a slice of cornbread, and a Pepsi.

Then I went to Petsmart and got more rosy red goldfish and some crickets for Ralph. He kind of just stared at the crickets at first, like "what are these!?" but he ate them!

My baby kitten died like right after I got home. She was barely moving/breathing when I picked her up. I tried to feed her but she didn't have much left in her. She finally gave up, poor thing.

I'm going back to work in an hour. We're having a bartender competition tonight, but I'm working in non-smoking so I won't be wrapped up in all the excitement.

trivia

Tonight was pretty slow at work, I only had like four tables. We do a trivia tournament on Tuesdays so I was playing along with one of the regulars Dan the whole night. I made $32 which was decent for what I was working with, haha.

My cousin Jordan came in with a bunch of his friends and Tabitha waited on them. She thought he was cute so I told him after he left, haha. He was interested so I gave him her number and told him to text her. Little miss match maker!

I just watched SAW I and now it's bedtime! :)

monday night

It was a lazy Monday, at first. It wasn't my usual Monday either. I watched some tv, played on the computer, and made a new resume! I usually watch all my favorite shows on Monday but not today! :[

I had to work and I don't do Mondays. It wasn't that bad, bad at all actually. In October we raise money for the St. Jude's children's fund. Monday is kid's night. Tonight we set up a few tables for pumpkin painting, face painting, a costume contest, and goody bags with lots of cool prizes and all contributions went to St. Jude's. We got a good crowd for all the festivities and a little dinner pop.

After 8, all the kids cleared out and the football fans poured in. I had a great section tonight and turned a good amount of tables, except for the people watching the game. BOO the Eagles won and HAHA the Redskins lost. I don't like either team but I would rather have the Eagles lose because now we're tied for second. Well, I had a good night. I walked out with $125 and that is excellent for most Monday non-smoking shifts!

I called Matt when I got off and he was mean to me again! :[

Sunday.

Daddy woke me up at 4:30am. I got dressed then we headed to Martinsville. I slept the whole way there. We got there around 8ish. We ate breakfast and sat in the car for a little while. Then we walked around and looked at all the trailers. We got three free coozies and got to watch Speed TV interview Jimmie Johnson! I was uber sad I forgot my camera. Then we went back to the car. I ate some chicken then I took the nap. We went in the track about an hour before the race. It was pretty chilly because the sun kept hiding behind huge clouds. Overall, it was pretty decent. Mid-race Dad and I went to get hot dogs, sooooo yummy! Jimmie finished 2nd which wasn't too bad because he is still 1st in points! We beat all the traffic and headed back to Chesterfield.

We made a few stops. Got ice cream from the Tastee Freez. Got Brunswick Stew, Pepsi, and water from Wal-Mart.

When we got back to Dad's, I made Brunswick Stew and watched the end of Edward Scissorhands. After I ate, I got all my stuff together and headed home.

Just watched CSI:NY.

pre-halloween

Saturday.

We woke up super early. Tiffany and I got ready and we went to Ashley's house. Ashley, Tyler, Tiffany, and I went to King William to go to Rehoboth Baptist Church yard sale. They didn't really have anything so it sucked that we woke up so early. After we left the church we stopped by mom's to feed Kylo.

We went to the pumpkin patch!! We took the hayride to the field and picked out about nine pumpkins. I was selected to do the all-you-can-carry-ing. A bunch of the stems would break when I held them or they were prickly so that made it hard. I eventually held 7 pumpkins in my arms. We put all the pumpkins on the hayride and rode back. Right when you get off they ask you to load up and take three steps. I was basically running, they were so heavy but I did it!! I totally got uber dirty too! 7 pumpkins for $20! Awesome! :)

We went to the Smokey Pig for lunch. I got barbeque and baked beans, delicious! I got full fast though so I felt uber wasteful! :(

We stopped by the mall. We went in the purse store, they make pretty much everything by hand so it's really neat. I got a lady bug pendant but it doesn't stay on the chain it came with so I'm going to make a hemp necklace with it. Then we went to Kay Jewelers, they were super busy because they were having a huge sale! I got my ring cleaned and I also picked out my wedding band. It has an amethyst stone (Matt's birthstone) in the middle and two sapphire stones (my birthstone) on each side. It also comes with engravings, but I don't know if I want names or dates.

We went to my house to check on the kitties, feed Ralph, and get all my clothes. Of course I forgot my keys at Jason's house so I opened the window and crawled through. Ashley and Tiffany were playing with the kitten and giving her milk. I played with Ralph and then packed up all my things.

We went back to Ashley's house so Ashley could get her stuff and Tiffany could get her car. Then we went back to Jason and Tiffany's house and started carving pumpkins! I wasn't really interested in carving, I just wanted to play with the goo! I cleaned out three big pumpkins! Ashley and Tiffany sorted through the seeds and then baked them.

I took a shower then began getting dressed for the Halloween party! We left for the party around 6:30. I made Jason drive my car because it was uber uncomfortable for me to drive in my cowboy boots!

The party was fun! Lots of junk food, good music, and dancing! I didn't drink or anything. I was sitting just texting for a while but I didn't want to be a party-pooper all night. I danced a little. I did the Cha Cha slide but I kept messing up, haha. The funniest moment: Mike was eating a cupcake and was almost finished but I walked up to him and tried to shove the cupcake in his face but instead it fell on the floor. So I picked it up and then smeared it on his face! It was great! Of course he plotting revenge on me all night but I used my ninja skills and defeated him.

I left there and got to Dad's house around midnight. I passed out pretty fast! I was pooped.

short pump

I went to Jason and Tiffany's at 6pm. Ashley and Tyler were there too. We were supposed to go to the pumpkin patch to get pumpkins but they close at 6. We just went to Short Pump mall, ate dinner at the food court and walked around the mall until they closed. Then we came back to the house and Jason, Tiffany, and I watched The Jeff Dunham Show, hilarious. Side note: Tyler is the cutest two year old ever! He definitely says the darnest things, most of them Jason tells him to say, haha.

Tomorrow: We're [planning on] waking up early to go yard sailing. Rehoboth, my church, is having a huge yard sale starting at 7am. Then we're probably going to the pumpkin patch and a Halloween party!! I ♥ Halloween!

I hope Jason and Tiffany don't sick of me this weekend!

poker night

I guess I'll start with last night - work started off slow. Poker started setting up at 6 and took up like 6 tables so I got Chuck to cut someone, and that definitely benefited me because I took care of poker and my original section, so I actually had my tables rotating. Mom, Jason, Tiffany, Ashley, and Tyler came in for dinner! :) It was a good night, I walked out with $144 but I didn't get home until 3am.

Oh yeah, hockey news. My team = Red Wings. Matt's team = Coyotes. Red Wings lost to the Coyotes 2-3 in OT. The Red Wings aren't doing so well so far this season: 3-3-2. He hasn't mentioned it yet though...

I had to wake up and be back at work at 10am this morning. I usually dread morning shifts because I'll walk out with only $20 and it feels like a waste of time. I actually made $55. I was supposed to late stay but Stewie volunteered to switch with me, which was totally fine with me.

After work I went to the bank and deposited $276.61 into my checking account and then went to Petsmart. I bought some kitten milk and a bottle so I could feed my little babe. I also bought Ralph some meal-worms and rosy red goldfish, he sure loves them!

I'm watching Jerry Springer, this show always makes me go "wOw!," haha.

I'm going to Jason and Tiffany's house in a little while...

that darn cat

I don't want to be a 'cat lady' but every time I get a cat, they multiply. My cat, Theo, her first litter was only two - and I got rid of one when they were old enough. The other kitten, Delilah, drives me crazy. I can't figure out how to potty train her, I've done everything I would normally do but she is extra stubborn. I tried making them outside cats but an opossum would eat all their food and that gets expensive! Delilah would poop and pee on the couch. Then she started pooping in the litter box and still peeing on my couch. I began to think she was doing it out of spite because one day I was doing laundry and she popped a squat on my pile of clothes while looking up at me. Now she poops beside the litterbox and not in it. Theo had another litter of two kittens and I feel like she nelects them and shows more attention to Delilah, who still tries to feed off her when she is way past eating on her own. One of the two kittens is sooo much smaller than the other, and Theo doesn't seem to care. My cats are bitches.

trifling-ass-hoes

I went into work today with these two thoughts:
One - I left my shirt there the previous Wednesday, so I'm curious if someone stole it or not.
Two - I made $14 during my last shift, Wednesday, so I wasn't expecting to make much money.
Well, I looked for my shirt and no such luck. I told Katy that I had left it there and my name tag was in the office, so yes, someone stole my shirt. I walked out with 4x the amount I made the previous shift, so I wasn't too disappointed. I also got my $26.61 paycheck! Nothing really exciting happened, it was pretty dead on the non-smoking side.

My schedule sucks this week. I get shitty shifts because Walter doesn't like that I request off 'sooo much' when I only ask for a weekend a month to see Matt. Bullshit.

I called Matt when I got off, like I always do. I don't see a point in calling him when he's sleeping, it's not like he will remember anything we said and he's usually mean to me.

I hate extremely lazy people and stupid liars. One person decided to dip out without doing side-work tonight but said they did it. I got stuck with extra silverware, which wasn't that bad, but that's not the point. How hard is it to take out trash and wipe off your table? Not hard at all. Whatever. You're stupid.

I'm putting off getting ready for work as long as possible.
